How Pico Frectat Removes Tattoo Pigment In Two Stages

A Method That Treats Both Shallow and Deep Layers

Micro-Holes Created in the Epidermis by the First Irradiation

The first step is PicoWay Resolve fractional beam irradiation. The fractional beam is irradiated onto the tattoo area to create micro-holes in the epidermis, first destroying the pigment in the upper layer.

Securing Space for Gas Bubbles to Escape in Advance

When pigments collide, gas bubbles are generated. The micro-holes created by the first irradiation become the space for these bubbles to escape.

Because a path for the bubbles to escape is opened first, it is reported that the risk of scarring and damage to surrounding skin is lower.

Criteria for Choosing Wavelength in the Second Irradiation
