Pinhole, CO2 fractional, R-Zero PFD — built on 150+ papers published in US/EU dermatology societies and SCI journals over 20 years.

World's First Liquid PCL A collagen skin booster made by liquefying the biodegradable polymer polycaprolactone (PCL); it is absorbed evenly throughout the dermis, improving overall facial volume and elasticity.

Salmon-Derived PN PN (polynucleotide) purified from salmon DNA is injected directly into the skin. It is reported to be well tolerated by human tissue, and its DNA chains are longer than those of PDRN, so it stays in the skin longer.

Activating New Tissue Formation As the PDLLA component breaks down, it activates the formation of new tissue such as collagen.

Pinhole Technique In-house technique combining CO2/Er:YAG laser with the pinhole approach. Applied to burn, surgical, self-inflicted, acne, and varicella scars. Case series and clinical studies published 2006–2014 in Journal of Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, and more.

Combined Lifting Mechanism Thermage radiofrequency (RF) bulk-heats the dermis broadly to tighten surface elasticity, while Ulthera ultrasound (HIFU) creates focused thermal coagulation points down to the deep SMAS layer to lift it. Covering different depths together produces a stronger lifting synergy than either treatment alone.

Photothermal Destruction of Follicular Melanin The laser is selectively absorbed by melanin in the follicle, destroying the hair root with heat so hair does not grow back.

Fractional collagen regeneration A fractional laser delivers micro thermal stimulation to the atrophied dermis, inducing new collagen and elastic fiber production.

Vessel-targeted redness improvement A vascular laser acts on dilated red vessels to reduce the redness of early stretch marks and support regeneration of the damaged dermis.

Photothermal action through the nail plate A 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser passes through the nail plate and carries heat to the tissue beneath. It raises the temperature where the fungus sits without filing the nail away, and is combined with antifungal medication where indicated.

Follicle-targeted laser The laser is applied to blocked follicles to remove follicular and keratin plugs, smoothing the bumpy surface.

Targeted injection Botulinum toxin is precisely injected into the expression muscles that create wrinkles.

Micro-injection A negative-pressure multi-needle injector places hyaluronic acid and regenerative ingredients into the dermis, supporting elasticity and slowing visible ageing over the medium term. Less product is lost than with hand injection and it spreads evenly within the dermis, so the effect lasts longer.
