- You may wash your face and shower from the day of the procedure.
- For one week after the procedure, please avoid saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools, alcohol, and smoking.
- Shaving the treated area is fine, but plucking with tweezers or waxing can damage the hair roots and reduce the effectiveness of your next session.
- Temporary redness, swelling, flushing, or a tingling sensation may occur after the procedure; this is a normal reaction. (However, folliculitis may occur depending on hair density — if it does, please contact the clinic and come in.)
- Be sure to apply sunscreen when going outside, and reapply every 2-3 hours during extended time outdoors.
- Applying a regenerating cream after the procedure helps create a good healing environment. However, do not apply it to areas with blisters. (E.G.F and PP cream — products rich in peptides — are available for purchase at the clinic.)
- Please shave the day before your next scheduled session. (For men, please shave on the day of the procedure.)
- Hair removal targets the hair roots, so remaining fine hairs may gradually shed after the procedure.
